The Captivating Clutch sewing pattern is classified as an intermediate pattern, as it does require focus. Its clever construction means you do need to pay attention as you sew, however testers said they found the pattern straightforward when they followed the directions step by step. The finished dimensions of the Starlet Clutch are 9" x 7" x 2.5" (23cm x 18cm x 6.5cm). The Leading Lady Oversized Clutch is 13" x 10" x 4" (33cm x 25.5cm x 10cm).
What fabrics did you use for your bag?
I used Mixologie linen by Studio M for Moda Fabrics, paired with Kona Navy and Kona Ice Frappe. The fabrics were provided by Simply Solids.

- 0.75m (1yd) Lining fabric
- 1 x FQ Fusible Fleece
- (1) x 6" (15cm) #3 Zip

- (6) x Rivets with an 8mm post
- 25cm x 50cm (10" x 20") of Foam stabiliser
- 1m (1 1/4 yd) of 40" (102cm) wide medium weight interfacing
Leading Lady:

- 1.5m (2yd) Lining fabric

I've found a mistake!
This pattern does have some known errors.
- Some of the paper patterns have an error in piece C - Front Panel. Please trim to the correct size as specified in the Cutting Out list.
- Pattern piece E - zip pocket: pattern piece measurements differ from instructions. The pattern should work with either size, but if unsure then please follow the pattern instructions and cut to 7.5" x 8.5".
